I am an individual and family therapist for children, adolescents, and adults with over 15 years of experience in the areas of family social work, and mental health. In my work with individuals and families I strive to provide a supportive and containing space where together we can explore, reflect upon, and work through those areas of difficulty in your life.

In addition to short and long-term psychotherapy, I also offer the option of single-session consultations. At the end of a single session consultation you may choose to leave with recommendations and/or referrals to appropriate community services, or you may decide to engage in ongoing service. Additionally, I have experience in the areas of group-development and facilitation, and am available to provide consultation and/or services in this area. Additionally, I am available to provide psychodynamic psychotherapy, or psychoanalysis* to adults (*in supervised practice as a psychoanalytic candidate).

My areas of clinical work include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
  • Attachment
  • Anger
  • Anxiety

  • Grief & loss
